Ross and I took the car for another spin today…both of us were on Cloud 9. That car is fucking fast! Second gear has some serious balls and romping on the gas will plaster you back in your seat and make you take notice. We had a blast doing "brake checks" and I am amazed at the smoothness and the completeness of the braking system on this car. But I guess if you are mobbing down the road and you get cut off…
I have never driven anything this powerful and fast and you know what? It feels fucking nice.
(I am becoming obsessed)
Although it isn't a good quality, and I know this, I have always been an aggressive driver and can usually smoke people in my Celica well…at least if they are not expecting a race, LOL. This car might get me in trouble but I think I have enough of a good head on my shoulders that I will be able to either suppress urges (doubtful) or at the very least, not get caught. HA!
I was reading some reviews online about this car and one guy said his gets lots of attention from Honda or Mitsibushi drivers; kids pulling up to him and revving their engines like their cars are sleepers or sumpin. I cant fucking wait to have some jack ass kid pull up next to me, see a chick driver, and proceed to EAT MY DUST.
Just today I had a Ford Escort on my butt trying to keep up w/me on the Boeing Freeway (remember the speed limit on 526 is minimum 120mph…) finally he had to give up and appreciate the fact that a stock Ford (or even a souped up Found On Road Dead) cant hold a candle to my baby.
(Pathetic, I am already referring to it as "my" car.)
Already I am feeling twangs of guilt about having to get rid of the Celica. This is the worst part…it is like I am abandoning a good friend…a friend who is reliable and comfortable; a friend who has done me no wrong. I wish I could keep both cars but I know for a fact that one of them (most likely the Celica) won't be driven much, if at all. I have owned 2 cars before and that is the way it was. Besides we don't have comfortable, easy parking for 3 cars…believe me we lived w/our two new cars in the driveway and Mike's two pieces of shit broken cars in the garage…bass akwards!!
I can't wait to finally claim the Subie as MINE and to be able to get to know it and feel it. This car has so much power I need to take some time to befriend it before I haul off and wreck it. With ejumakation from Ross and maybe an Autocross course or two maybe I will be a race car driver soon enough. Something I have always thought would be a fucking blast…
I hope to have some photos of the actual car very soon but until then the ones I Google will have to do ...

BTW, the above photo is the very same car, year and everything.
